Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by staff using an alternative remote protocol, including phone interview, records review, and a virtual observations. An on-site inspection was not conducted at this time.

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted at 9:40am. The provider was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection. There were no children present at the time of the inspection. The home was well supplied with toys and equipment for children inside and outside, and appeared clean and organized today. A daily schedule of activities is implemented. Information gathered during the inspection determined there were no non-compliances with applicable standards or laws reviewed.
