Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted at 1:40pm. There was 1 child present = 2 points with the provider. Ratios and supervision were in compliance at the time of inspection. The child was observed playing with toys and eating snack. The home was well supplied with toys and equipment for children, and appeared clean and organized today. Information gathered during the inspection determined there was an area of non-compliance with applicable standards or laws reviewed.
