Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted at 12:30pm. Observed 1 caregiver with 1 child totaling 2 points. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. The child was observed eating lunch and making a bracelet during the inspection. The daycare areas of the home were found to be clean and well supplied with toys and equipment for the children.
