Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted at 10:15am. Observed 7children totaling 17 points with 1 caregiver. Ratios were not in compliance today. Children were observed playing with toys, washing hands, eating lunch and watching a child-appropriate show on TV. The caregiver said that children had been outside playing in the backyard earlier in the morning. The caregiver was busy tending to the needs of the children, especially those that were crying. The daycare areas of the home were found to be clean and well supplied with toys and equipment for the children. Areas of non-compliance with standards and laws reviewed were found. Violations
2Evidence:
1. Child #13 - The child reportedly began attending today (4/17/24) and the parent has the enrollment paperwork to complete and return. The only required documentation on-file was a record of immunizations.
2. Child #14 - The child reportedly began attending today and will only be in care today, as the child has a regular caregiver.
The provider said Child #14 was only in care for one day (today).
In the future, children will not be in care if the required paperwork is not completed and turned in to the provider.
