An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 6/27/23 from 11:00am - 12:40 pm. At the time of entrance there were 80 school age children in care with 8 staff. A licensing renewal inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review the center did not ensure that all staff who work directly with children shall have within 90 days of the date of employment or 90 days from subsidy vendor approval, current certification in Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) appropriate to the ages of the children in care.
