A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 06/22/2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Areas of noncompliance are identified on the violation notice and were discussed with the director in an exit meeting at the conclusion of this inspection.

Based on record review and interview it was determined the center did not ensure that all staff who work directly with children shall, annually attend at least 16 hours of training and staff development activities, to include the department's health and safety update course.
