Inspector Notes

An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on July 23, 2024, and completed on August 15, 2024, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on June 21, 2024, relating to allegations of administration and programs. The inspector reviewed 11 children?s records and 10 staff records on site on July 23, 2024. This inspection included documentation review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
