Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/24/24 from 9:50 am to 12:50 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 68 children present and 19 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The center is required to obtain out of state sex offender search results from any state in which the employee has resided within the last five years, prior to the first date of employment.

The results for Staff # 1's sex offender search were obtained one month after the date of employment.
Plan of Correction: Sex offender searches will be obtained prior to the first day of employment.
