For each group of children, the center shall maintain a written record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs.
1. A child from the Toddler room was transitioning to the Two's room. The child was not checked out from the toddler room upon his departure.
2. Children from several classrooms had gone two staff members for an indoor basketball class. These children were not checked out of their respective classrooms upon their departure.
