An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted on 04/21/2022 from 9:00 am - 11:30 am, regarding a complaint submitted on 04/11/2022 related to a staff member and the treatment of children in her care. Interviews with every staff member including the Center Director were conducted. Based on information gathered during the investigation, the preponderance of evidence does not support the allegation. The complaint is deemed not valid. There were no non-complaint related violations cited.
