Inspector Notes

A complaint inspection was conducted on August 22, 2022 and August 24, 2022 in response to a complaint that was received the the licensing office on August 15, 2022. After interviewing staff, reviewing the Infant Room and reviewing all available facts, it was determined that the complaint allegation was not valid. Based on observation, the center failed to ensure that when food is brought from home, the food container shall be sealed and clearly dated and labeled in a way the identifies the owner.

Based on observation, the center did not ensure that prepared infant formula shall be refrigerated, dated and labeled with the child's name.
