Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was initiated on 07/29/2024 and completed on 07/29/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 07/17/2024 relating to allegations of Staff Qualifications and Training, Staffing and Supervision and Program. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site on 07/29/2024. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and classroom observations.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
