Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 7/21/2022 from 9:23am to 12:40pm. At the time of entrance,37 children were in care with 9 staff members present. Children were observed doing the following: listening to a book the teacher was reading, playing with toys, sleeping, singing and playing with musical instruments, diaper changes, washing hands, Montessori activities, and playing outside. Interactions between the children and staff were positive. A selection of staff and children records, the physical space, first aid supplies, medications, evacuation drills and attendance records were reviewed. 1. In the infant classroom, bleach water was in a basket near the changing table.
2. In the Senior Toddler classroom, bleach water was in a basket near the changing table.
