Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 10/10/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 10/09/2024 relating to allegations of retaliation against complainants. As a result of high-risk violations, the Department issued a Special Order on 8/22/2024 to require the licensee contact parents, guardians, or other responsible persons regarding health and safety violations.
The inspector reviewed 1 child's record electronically on 10/10/2024. This inspection included document review and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
