Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on January 28, 2026 and completed on February 2, 2026 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on January 22, 2026 relating to programs: behavioral guidance and forbidden actions. The inspector reviewed one staff record on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
