An unannounced , on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/19/2024 and completed on 11/19/2024. The on-site inspection began at 1:00 pm and ended at 4:10 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 116 children present and 16 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children's records on-site and 5 staff records electronically on-site on 11/19/2024.
