Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 07/21/2025 and completed on 07/21/2025. The on-site inspection began at 11:30 am and ended at 2:45 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 127 children present and 23 staff. The inspector reviewed 10 children's records and 7 staff records on-site on 07/21/2025.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the deficient practice will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on 08/01/2025. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

Cribs shall be placed where objects outside the crib such as cords from blinds or curtains are not within reach of infants or toddlers.
One crib was placed directly beside a window blind. A second crib was placed beside a window blind and the tube of a portable air conditioning unit. Each crib was occupied with an infant.
Plan of Correction: Blind that was unable to lock in highest position was replaced. Children will not be in a crib that is placed near an AC tube.
