Violations

1
Standard 22VAC40-665-230-H
Based on interview and review, 1 of 2 staff files indicated that a caregiver who work directly with children did not complete the department's annual health and safety update course.

Evidence -
1. On the date of inspection (03/31/2022), Staff #1 stated that the annual health and safety update course had yet to be completed for this year.
2. The subsidy vendor agreement became effective - 02/09/2021.
Plan of Correction: The 3 hour Health and Safety update course will be completed on an annual basis. I (Staff #1) is on the final part of the current course.
