Inspector Notes
This initial inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 06/21/2022, between the hours of 10 am to 11 pm. There were no children in care. This inspection was needed in order to perform a modification to the current license. This modification will be a change of address to reflect the new address as: 3212 Gary Court, Falls Church, Virginia 22042.. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; special care and emergencies. A total of 8 children records were previously reviewed during an UMI that took place on 03/31/2022. During that time both the Provider's and Assistant's records were reviewed as well.
The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
