During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI.

Information gathered during the inspection determined the a non-compliance with applicable standard or law. This violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Caregivers who work directly with children shall annually attend the department's health and safety update course.

Staff #2 did not complete the annual health and safety update course for 2024.
Plan of Correction: The 2025 course will be completed this year by all staff.
