An unannounced inspection was initiated on February 23, 2026 and completed on February 23, 2026 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on February 11, 2026 relating to allegations of physical plant and building maintenance. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
