Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on February 6 2023 between 11:45am and 1:00pm. There were 45 children in the care of 14 staff members. Children were observed washing hands, preparing for nap, and napping. A sampling of children's records, staffing records, the attendance record, emergency drills, and the physical space was reviewed and inspected. Based on direct observation, the center did not ensure that all hazard substances were kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children.

Evidence: Cleaning supplies were located unlocked in the center. The items were located high up enough to prevent access by children, but must be maintained in a locked location.
