Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on June 24 2024 between 1:30pm and 2:30pm. There were 61 children in the care of 15 staff members. The inspection was conducted during nap time. A review of the child records, staff records, emergency drills, and the physical plant was conducted. Citations are listed on the violation notice. Based on observation, the center did not ensure that cleaning supplies are kept in a locked place using a safe locking method.

Evidence: A cleaning solution was hanging on a cabinet in the classroom upon entry into the center.
