An unannounced inspection was initiated on 10/02/2024 and completed on 10/02/20224 with a local agency, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on September 13 2024 relating to allegations of child abuse and neglect, and programs. This inspection included

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. Though not a part of the original complaint, violations that were not reported were found related to Supervision and are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on (date). A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.
Violations
1On September 12 2024, it was determined that a child under 10 years of age was in an enclosed space for an undetermined amount of time without constant supervision. The space is enclosed with a half wall approximately 3 - 4 feet tall. Staff were able to see into the space, but did not provide consistent supervision for the child. A staff member is assigned to space adjacent to the enclosed area, but that staff's responsibilities were to greet parents at pick up and locate the children going home.
