Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by staff using an alternative remote protocol, including phone interview, records review, and virtual observations. An on-site inspection was not conducted at this time.

An unannounced subsidy inspection was conducted at 9:57am on 9/16/21. The vendor was contacted by phone, with the assistance of a language interpreter, to initiate the inspection. There were 2 children present = 4 points with the vendor. The daycare was sufficiently supplied with toys and equipment for the children. Information gathered during the inspection determined there were areas of non-compliance with applicable standards or laws reviewed. Questions about this inspection may be directed to pamela.sneed@doe.virginia.gov

Note: Current regulation and Code numbers are handwritten on the original inspection report issued to the Provider.
