Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was completed on 11/21/22 from 10:30am until 12:45pm. There were 24 children present with 6 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed.

Violations from the last inspection had been corrected. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review, staff members failed to have a TB screening every two years.
Evidence:
1. Staff #3's last TB screening was 06/21/2020. Staff #4's last TB screening was 08/23/2020.
Plan of Correction: Staff will get the repeat TB screening as soon as possible.
