Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 06/03/2024 from 11:55am until 1:50pm. There were 25 children and 7 staff present. Five children?s records and four staff records were reviewed. Children were observed watching a video, washing hands, eating lunch, playing, and during rest time.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violation (s) were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

1Evidence:
The yellow bus, the green van, blue merry go round, yellow slide and trike ride had between 2-4 inches of resilient surfacing in the fall zone, the required depth is 6 inches.
