Inspector Notes

An announced on-site inspection was initiated and completed on 8/26/25 due to a request of modification of the license. The licensee has acquired an additional building to make more room for the children and staff. All required documents had been received. The on-site inspection began at 1:00 and ended at 1:45. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children at this building. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observation.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
