A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the monitoring inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in voluntary registration standards were reviewed during this SHSI.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The vendor shall maintain a record of the dates of the practice drills for one year. There was no documentation of an evacuation drill in May 2025 and no documentation of a lock down drill in 2024.
