Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:35am-11:45am. There were 19 children directly supervised by 4 staff in the building during the inspection. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed eating snack brought from home, talking about their artwork, and transitioning to and from a nearby park. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
