Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 7/26/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 2:05pm and ended at 3:50pm. There were 7 staff/caregivers with 55 children at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection, children were observed eating snack, putting together puzzles, hand washing, diapering, resting and other organized activities. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, and the evacuation drill log were reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. Two emergency medications were reviewed. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
