Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted today to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 7 staff with 13 children at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection, children were observed listening to a story, playing with toys, being dismissed for the day and other organized activities. Children's files, emergency preparedness materials, evacuation drill log were reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
