Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 8/9/2022 and concluded on 8/9/2022. There were a total of 87 children with 14 staff members present. Children were observed during snack time, engaged in group activities, puzzles and outdoor play time. A total of 3 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed. The inspector observed the renovations that included 3 new doors which lead to the outside in three different classrooms and 2 new bathrooms in the two's classroom. One additional classroom that is now being used for care was measured. Discussed that the building official must approve the renovations and the director must submit a revised building request form to change the license. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
