Inspector Notes

A announced monitoring inspection was initiated on 9/8/2022 and concluded on 9/8/2022 to re measure all classrooms and the playground. Seven classrooms were measured, the playground was measured. Copies of the new floor plans and building evaluation form was obtained. The owner wishes to increase the capacity and reduce the limit to the children under the age of 2 1/2 years. The owner will request another building evaluation form from the building official to allow 120 children. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
