Inspector Notes
An in-person mandated renewal inspection was conducted on February 23, 2023 from 9:40am until 10:30am. There were 3 children (8 points) in care with 2 staff supervising. An infant was observed crawling and playing freely and crawling about the room. Children were observed playing freely with cars, blocks and other toys. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records, 1 household member record and 2 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
