An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 06/21/2022 from 9:16 am - 12:56 pm. At the time of entrance there were 169 school age children present with 17 staff. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy regulations that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.

Based on record review, the vendor failed to ensure that all staff who work directly with children shall have within 90 days of the date of employment current certification in certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) appropriate to the ages of children in care.

Plan of Correction: The PD stated that if documentation can not be located to verify that staff 1 has current first aid/CPR certification - a class will be scheduled for her to obtain these certifications.
