An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 07/28/2022 from 9:30 am - 12:50 pm. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date of the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
