A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated on 03/08/2022 and concluded on 03/28/2022. There were 5 children present with 1 caregiver. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the subsidy supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements.
