Inspector Notes
An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 12/20/2022. The inspector was on site at the family day home from approximately 10:00am to 11:30am. There was 1 child in attendance and 1 caregiver present. Interviews were held with the caregiver throughout the inspection, and the inspector interacted with the child when appropriate. The yard and all areas of the home were inspected today. Two caregiver/household member records and five children?s records were reviewed during this inspection. There were no violations found during today?s inspection.
A complete licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in the licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
