Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on June 2, 2022. There were twenty-nine children present with three staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two child records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Evidence: The record for child #2 (start date January 3, 2022) did not have documentation of emergency contact addresses and a physician?s allergy action plan for a diagnosed food allergy noted on the child?s physical examination.
