An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on April 29, 2024 from approximately 4:00 pm to 5:15 pm. Four staff were present supervising forty-eight school age children. Children were observed playing outside, working on homework and doing a variety of table activities. Four staff and five child records were reviewed. Violations are noted on the violation notice.
