Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using and alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on July 28, 2021 and concluded on August 5, 2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 6 children (totaling 12 points) present directly supervised by 1 staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The inspector reviewed on two children records
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
