Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using and alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

An announced modification inspection was completed on April 8, 2022, from approximately 9:05 am to 10:15 am. The physical plant was reviewed. Provider received approval from Fairfax County Zoning Division for a maximum capacity of 12 children.

Inspector evaluated space designated for use of operation, an increase in licensed capacity from 9 children to 12 will be reviewed.

There were no children present during the inspection because of Spring Break.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
