Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted September 20, 2923 from approximately 2:50 pm to 3:30 pm. There were 10 children for a total of 20 points directly supervised by 2 staff. The home, 2 staff records, 3 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected.
Children were observed transitioning from rest time to eating snack. Handwashing procedures were also observed.
There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. The home was clean and organized. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.? No violations were issued.
