A complaint inspection was conducted via telephone on 02/04/2022. Information gathered during the complaint inspection determined the complaint to be valid. Non-compliance with applicable standards or law and are documented on the violation noticed issued to the facility.

Based on discussion with the staff and review of children?s ages, the center failed to ensure that cribs shall be used for children under 12 months of age.
Evidence:
1. Staff 1 stated that the center does not have cribs for children under 12 months of age to sleep in.
2. Staff 1 stated that children under 12 months of age sleep on ?floor beds?. The floor beds align with the Montessori philosophy.
3. There are four children under the age of 12 months in care: Child 1 was determined to be 7 months of age; Child 2 was determined to be 4 months of age; Child 3 was determined to be 10 months of age; and Child 4 was determined to be 3 months of age.
