Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 2/6/23 from 11:00 am to 12:10 pm. There were 11 children (27 points) in direct care of 3 caregivers. The children were observed engaged in free play and drinking milk. The family day home, first aid supplies and cribs were inspected. 2 children's records, 3 caregiver's records and 1 household member's record was reviewed. There were no children on site with a diagnosed food allergy or medications. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
