Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on August 23, 2022 There were 66 children present, with 14 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of six child records and seven staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Staff #7 (date of hire 6/28/22) does not have a central registry finding in their record. Follow up was not completed after 30 days, follow up on missing central registry finding was conducted on 8/18/22.

The record for staff # 1 (date of hire 3/1/22) contained a TB screening that was not dated within 30 days of first day of employment. TB screening dated 1/14/21,
