During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection.

Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on August 6, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 11:33 a.m. and ended at 1:15 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 143 children present and 32 staff. The inspector reviewed 10 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on August 20, 2025. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

Repeat Violation
Hazardous substances must in a locked place that prevents access by children. In the community room, where school-age children were in care, dishwasher pods were in an unlocked cabinet within reach of children.
Plan of Correction: Ensure cabinets are locked.

When food is brought from the home the food container must be clearly dated and labeled in a way that identifies the owner. 1. On the observation deck, four of six lunch boxes checked did not have a name and all six were not dated. Four of six water bottles checked did not have a name and all six were not dated.
2. In the community room, One of five lunch boxes checked did not have a name and all five were not dated.
Plan of Correction: Ensure all lunchboxes + water bottles are labeled dailey.
