A remote inspection was initiated 01/16/2025 and completed on 01/17/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 01/16/2025 relating to allegations of establishment of and implementation of procedures. This inspection included document review and interviews. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
