A monitoring inspection was initiated on 9-15-22 and concluded on 9-15-22. There were no (0) children present as the center was not operating today, and operates on a limited basis before and after school due to low enrollment. and daily need. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, medication, special care and emergencies, and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 10:30am and concluded at 12pm.
